Our Policies
We do not offer accommodations for pets or children. Smoking within the cottage is not allowed.
Payment
Guests are required to pay 50% of the charges when booking their reservation. If you are paying your deposit by check, your payment must be received within 7 days to guarantee your reservation. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit. Weekend reservations require a 2-night minimum stay. Those who book 7 nights consecutively will only be charged for 6; the 7th night is on us!
Cancellations/Refunds
A full refund will be given for cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the reserved date will require that the guest be responsible for full payment unless we are able to re-rent the reservation. Guests will have 14 days prior to the arrival date to select or change menu selections. If we do not receive your menu selections 14 days prior to your arrival date, all meals will be selected by the inn keeper for the guests.
